Responsibilities

  • Processing intake paperwork and ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
  • Keeping medical records updated with patient info.
  • Reviewing the discharge clients.
  • Entering in proper format in our EMR system.
  • Calling the PCP offices for outstanding plan of cares.
  • Update the bulletin boards in the therapy clinics.
  • Look at resources in the community for new clients.
  • Complete any other administrative duties.
