Responsibilities

Processing intake paperwork and ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
Keeping medical records updated with patient info.
Reviewing the discharge clients.
Entering in proper format in our EMR system.
Calling the PCP offices for outstanding plan of cares.
Update the bulletin boards in the therapy clinics.
Look at resources in the community for new clients.
Complete any other administrative duties.
