  • Strong organizational skills (planning and prioritizing) and follow-through
  • Able to quickly establish rapport at all levels of the organization
  • Project management experience (Monday.com experience is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinker with interest in creative solutions
  • Previous experience in working with branded merchandise vendors, HR-oriented and/or people engagement-oriented roles
  • Graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025
  • Relevant major/area of study
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Relevant prior internship, work or volunteer experience (preferred)
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop project management plan and proposal for branded merchandise vendor, incorporating supported internal programs in collaboration with key People Experience team members
  • Project management of RFP process with diverse group of internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate respective meetings and record findings with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Generate final project summary and informed proposal of vendor recommendations and existing, supported employee engagement program impact.
  • Active involvement in People Experiences departmental collaboration and team initiatives.
