Requirements

  • Hybrid role therefore for consideration candidates must reside in either the King of Prussia, PA or New York City, NY areas.
  • Must currently be enrolled in a school located in these locations and have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Working towards a BS or MS degree in related fields: Engineering, Computer Sciences, Software, IT, Business Management.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Effective communication (written and verbal)
  • Pro-active attitude with the ability to multi-task, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of programming languages preferred (i.e. SQL, Java, Python)
  • Basic understanding of compliance/AML processes is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Client Integration Exposure:
  • You will gain exposure to client integrations with APIs and data feeds. This will involve understanding how our solutions interact with client systems and how data is exchanged and processed.
  • Application Configuration:
  • You will be trained to make necessary configuration changes within our internal applications, ensuring they are optimally tailored to meet the needs of our clients and business processes.
  • Process Enhancement:
  • You will participate in the coordination of new initiatives, working alongside our experienced team members to ensure project goals are met within specified timelines.
  • Client Interaction:
  • You will have the opportunity to join client calls focused on technical training, gaining first-hand experience in client communication and support.
  • Technical Support Triage:
  • You will learn to identify, categorize, and prioritize incoming technical support tickets, ensuring that critical issues are expedited and addressed promptly.
  • Documentation Creation:
  • You will create detailed process documentation to enhance the understanding of our systems and procedures. This will involve translating technical terminology into clear, concise, and understandable language.
