  • Lead a data clean-up initiative for recruiting and offers data to ensure data accuracy and reporting
  • Gain a good understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes, and how to use technology to contribute to process improvements
  • Collect, analyze, and present data from the system when provided a subset of potentially unrelated data points/filters to draw conclusions
  • Identify patterns to define gaps in our processes and technologies to drive change at a system level with responsible parties (end-users, system admins, etc.)
