Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field.
  • Completed sophomore year required.
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of property management by inspecting property conditions and assist in coordination of maintenance activities and special projects.
  • Create, maintain and closeout work order reports between management and contractors.
  • Perform field inspections of park equipment and furnishings and report any problems back to the Property Manager.
  • Update and maintain ArcGIS software of all physical assets throughout the Site. This is to include, but not be limited to photographing and providing a detailed description, assigning asset number and updating as conditions change.
  • Update Hydrawise irrigation program information and submit error reports to manager.
  • Assist with the coordination and implementation of community events in POA parks.
  • Assist in creating scopes of work for capital improvement requests
