Responsibilities

  • Assist quality engineers with improvements to productivity performance by reducing waste and improving processes.
  • Provide technical and investigation support for units that don’t achieve acceptable test results.
  • Assist with determining liability on returned products from customers.
  • Assist on corrective action activities to support our quality requirements.
  • Assist in technical/procedure writing and revisions.
  • Assist with the disposition of non-conforming product and Material Review Board (MRB) reviews.
  • Participate in internal audits.
  • Perform data entry, scanning and organizing documentation in electronic folders.
  • Participate and apply elements of APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning) throughout the organization.
  • Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies on parts.
  • Support actions for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Perform continuous improvement (LEAN) and 5S activities.
  • Other activities may be assigned, as required, and depending on demonstrated capability.
