Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Required Education and/or Experience:
  • Current student working towards Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite | Adobe Acrobat
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Attention to detail, carefully following instructions and checking work for accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm in high-pressure situations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Good timekeeping and work ethic that is characterized by commitment, motivation, and energy
  • Preferred Education and/or Experience:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office | Keynote | SharePoint | Smartsheet | Microsoft Teams | Zoom
  • Prior experience with live events a plus
  • Flexibility and positive attitude to work with the production team

Responsibilities

  • Sell a full menu of premium ticket and hospitality packages to the world’s most premiere events
  • Receive inbound calls and inquiries on all premium product offerings
  • Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns to generate new revenue opportunities
  • Utilize social selling tools to generate new lead sources
  • Proactively create opportunities for new business through up selling opportunities and referrals from existing clients
  • Conduct sales conversations via phone presentations and virtual meetings
  • Effectively follow up with clients and prospective clients to build relationships to help provide repeat business and to meet excellent customer service requirements
  • Meet or exceed established monthly and yearly revenue goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
