Requirements

  • Working toward or already has a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
  • Process driven and change initiator
  • Must be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to speak and present publicly.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.
  • Must be able to travel as business needs dictate
  • Travel: Must be able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage process to fulfill customer obsolescence entitlements to ensure value is being delivered to the customer in a timely fashion.
  • Create new process to automate annual contract renewal notification to minimize administrative burden for customers and Elekta front line sales.
  • Gain hands on experience in working in SalesForce.com, Oracle CPQ and other commercial tools utilized on a daily basis to manage pipeline activities.
  • Work with Business Intelligence team to develop necessary visualization tools to aid front line sales territory management.
  • Potential to engage directly with clients gain front line sales experience.
  • Maintain appropriate communications within and between various functional areas within the division.
  • Incorporate Elekta Values into all department functions and responsibilities.
