Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills):
Solid understanding of basic circuit theory
Proficiency with general lab equipment such as: power supplies, o-scopes, multi-meters, spectrum analyzers
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, coding best practices, and software development.
Experience with C# or other object-oriented programming languages.
Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with git for version control and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with RF test topics such as: 1 dB compression, smith charts, s-parameters, noise figure, power, pulsed power, and harmonics, etc.
Familiarity with RF test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
Understanding of design principles for scalability and performance.
Experience with automating lab instruments and optimizing measurements for speed.
Education Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Develop, extend, and validate automated test systems for RFICs
Hands on use of RF measurement equipment to validate performance of RFICs
Design and implement automation scripts using C# or other scripting languages
Perform data analysis and generate reports on test results
Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during testing
