The candidate must be a full-time undergraduate student with a minimum GPA of 3.0, attending a Historically Black College/University, and have U.S. citizenship. They should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in teams and independently, and experience with marketing and research. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also desired.

As an intern in the START HBCU Technology Transfer program at Sandia National Laboratories, the candidate will gain tech transfer skills, learn about semiconductor and microelectronics technologies, develop commercialization and start-up plans, and conduct market research and analysis.
