Requirements

  • Currently working toward a Bachelor or Master of Science in a civil or environmental engineering related curriculum in an ABET accredited university.
  • Strong academic record in relevant coursework, with a focus on hydraulics, hydrology, and stormwater management preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in stormwater management and civil engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Projects will be related to flood control and drainage systems.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to develop stormwater management solutions, including design and analysis of stormwater systems, drainage, and erosion control measures.
  • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed engineering drawings, plans, and schematics for stormwater projects.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and calculations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support various civil engineering projects, contributing to the overall success of the team and projects.
