Responsibilities

  • Development of PowerBI dashboards for Key Performance Indicators
  • Automation of system reports and applications
  • Utilizing our Enterprise Resource Planning system (IFS), validate and if necessary, update part set ups, accounting groups, unit costing, part usage rates.
  • Price matching between Volvo systems (GPS and IFS)
  • Utilization of various Volvo systems to identify, validate and report part information for analysis.
  • Validation of alternate components for product structures in ERP system.
  • Work with Parts Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to update material movements to ensure compliance with Volvo Production System principles – Update Standard Operating Procedures.
