Requirements

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Currently enrolled in human resources or other business-related degree program. Has previous work experience with relatable skills.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to do full lifecycle recruiting, which includes screening candidates, coordinating interviews, dispositioning candidates, conducting intake calls with our hiring managers, and generating employment offers.
  • Work with business leaders to ensure their job postings are up to date.
  • Coordinate career fair materials, such as banners, tablecloths, and giveaways for our recruiting events. You will work with business leaders to understand what event they are attending and how to select materials that match to objective of that event.
