Responsibilities

  • The TPM Supply Chain Intern will play a key role in supporting the Third Party Manufacturing (TPM) team by collaborating closely with department personnel on various supply chain initiatives.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Master Data Cleanup
  • Assist in reviewing and cleansing SAP master data.
  • Data Analytics
  • Perform analysis to identify direct shipping opportunities to FK US distribution centers.
  • Supplier Performance Analysis
  • Contribute to compiling and analyzing supplier performance data, including metrics such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full).
  • Supply Chain Support
  • Process inventory transfers within SAP.
  • Update SAP purchase order (PO) dates, quantities, and other relevant details.
  • Assist in creating purchase requisitions in SAP and converting them into POs.
  • Gather shipping documents, distribute them to relevant internal stakeholders, and input details into a central repository.
  • Generate and communicate a weekly team backorder report.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on various supply chain metrics and assist with project work.
