  • Fremont Bank offers students an exciting insider’s view of Fremont Bank’s operations and provides an opportunity to explore the many career opportunities within the bank. Our Summer Internship program is designed to develop future financial leaders and enhance academic learning. The Fremont Bank Intern program is aimed at fostering and ensuring equal opportunity. 
  • The Intern will be responsible for supporting all Treasury Management products and service activities, including but not limited to Business Online Banking, ACH Inquires, Wire transactions, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture support. The Intern is expected to make outbound calls to our business clients to offer products and services to satisfy their banking needs.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic clerical skills, including filing, retrieval of documents, proof, and editing routine office correspondence.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to navigate multiple computers systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
  • Only individuals possessing outstanding character, a high degree of motivation, and the willingness to learn will be selected.
  • A Candidate should express interest in working in a related field that supports financial services, after graduation
  • Candidates should be in good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Candidates must be returning to their campus following the program
  • Have a reliable means of transportation to and from the workplace
  • Have excellent customer services/client focus, team work and collaboration
  • Ability to write and communicate effectively and have solid attention to details
  • Experience in administrative/office support and phone skills
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Offices including Word, Excel (pivot tables, charts); PowerPoint Visio and Outlook
  • Experience in research, analysis and statistical data are a plus
