Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and migrating HR files and documents to a cloud-based storage system, ensuring all files are accurately categorized and easily accessible.
  • Support the processing and tracking of invoices for HR-related expenses, ensuring that invoices are accurate, properly coded, and submitted for approval in a timely manner.
  • Work with Excel to maintain and update spreadsheets, such as employee records, compliance reporting, and other HR metrics, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and assisting with correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating documentation including but not limited to: employee records, policies, state/federal reporting to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
  • Assist in setting up in-person meetings and other on-site activities at Cubic’s San Diego headquarters.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for process improvement within HR operations and help implement more efficient workflows.
  • Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as needed, providing valuable input and contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
