Requirements

  • We want bright, motivated candidates that are pursuing a variety of majors including accounting, finance, business, IT and marketing who are eager to learn and ready to work hard.
  • Solid analytical skills, excellent communication skills, strong customer and stakeholder focus, attention to detail, ability to build and foster relationships and a desire to learn and ask questions are essential to success. Microsoft Excel competence is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • As an Internal Audit intern, you will have support from your manager to meet your internship goals and support the Allianz Life business. You will join the Internal Audit team to help execute company and department initiatives and will truly be part of the team working side-by-side with your teammates through their work on day-to-day audit activities. You will develop the ability to identify and evaluate risk, execute audit program steps, perform routine audits, identify and communicate issues, and provide written and oral feedback relative to the engagement. Further, as an Internal Audit Intern, you will work with management in developing action plans to ensure audit risks are effectively mitigated.
