  • The Must Haves:
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, JavaScript, etc.) and comfort learning a new one if needed.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and how to use the programming languages you are comfortable with to interact with them.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git, and version control practices.
  • Familiarity with a unit testing framework in the language you are comfortable with.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking with a growth mindset.
  • Comfort working asynchronously with some team members. Most will be remote and could be in other time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Director, Productivity Engineering Tools (PET), you will work with a team of developer engineers to learn about the software engineering tools world and contribute to project opportunities such as
  • Evaluating and deploying Generative AI solutions for developers.
  • Self-service portals for tool access and
  • Automation around monitoring, coding, work planning, and vulnerability management systems.
