Responsibilities

  • ACS:
  • You will, under the supervision of a senior structurer:
  • Participate to the execution of new structured transactions
  • Perform Front-Office servicing duties regarding Capital-Relief transactions (e.g. Synthetic Securitizations, structured portfolio guarantees)
  • Prepare pitch books/marketing material and documents required for syndication processes
  • Participate to the pricing recommendations and assess liquidity analysis
  • Follow the different asset classes market, enhance and update market comparables and market intelligence
  • Deliver periodic activity reports on the ACS scope
  • LCM:
  • Maintain up to date market intelligence resources (Comps databases)
  • Contribute to analytics projects such as CLO Investor analysis, New Issuance Premium analysis, Sector Comparables, Deal idea generation
  • Support members of the team in the production of a weekly market update document
  • Support Origination teams in the preparation of pitch books for client presentations
  • Support the pricing exercises of HY and TLB issuance
  • Contribute to the production of Underwriting memoranda (after review of the due diligence reports, management presentations etc) to be presented in Credit Committee
  • Support administrative and closing workstreams (filing, fee booking)
  • Support team in monitoring underwritten positions
  • Main internal & external relations (across ACS and LCM):
  • Origination teams
