Responsibilities

  • Combine quantitative and qualitative analyses to forecast and prioritize capacity needs within Tesla’s customer facing portfolio of locations and teams
  • Track and measure the performance of existing locations and teams and partner with operations leaders to identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage field feedback on operations systems and provide insights to the business and IT teams to surface potential system enhancements
  • Build business cases and analyses with Program Managers to support process improvement initiatives they are driving
