Description

  • As a Supplier Management intern, your primary role will be to coordinate internal and external activities between the different Customer Services functions as it pertains to new development and transfer of work projects. 
  • You will be working closely with Supplier Management, Program Support teams as well as other Customer Services functions such as engineering, Technical Publications as well as Procurement

Requirements

  • Are you currently an enrolled full-time student for a Bachelor or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Supply Chain Management or a related discipline?
  • During your previous studies and experience, you have developed the following skills:
  • Project execution and management
  • You are able to work independently, show initiative and judgment, and have a sense of responsibility.
  • Language skills expected :
  • English: Advanced
  • French: Advanced

Responsibilities

  • Your tutor will help you to identify your career objectives and support you in developing your skills.
  • Your main activities will be as follows:
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the A220 new development and transfer of work projects,
  • Ensure the processes and the governance are in place to support on time and on budget delivery of Customer Services deliverables,
  • Coordinate internal and external activities between the different Customer Services functions such as engineering, program and procurement related to new product development and transfer of work projects,
  • Create and maintain a project status dashboard for all of Customer Services KPIs and deliverables,
  • Support governance meetings between different stakeholders to monitor the implementation of plans,
  • Work on problems of various complexity and work on non-standard tasks / queries,
  • This internship will enable you to develop the following skills in particular:
  • Problem solving
  • Time management
  • Exposure to Customer Services, Engineering, Program and Supply Chain processes within Aerospace.
