When does the internship start and end?
The internship is expected to start around January or February 2025 and continue through the entire Spring term (i.e., through May 2025) or into Summer 2025 if available.
What is the minimum duration for this internship?
We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.
Is this internship available for international students?
Yes, international students are eligible to apply, but they must consult their school regarding work authorization and their ability to work 40 hours per week on-site if their authorization is through CPT.
What type of degree is preferred for this internship?
Candidates are currently pursuing a degree in Materials Science, Design Quality, Color Science, Textiles (Technology, Management or Engineering), or Engineering.
What skills or background are you looking for in a candidate?
We are looking for candidates with a background and/or interest in Automotive color, material, and finish quality, as well as exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a demonstrated ability to deliver results on difficult projects with tight deadlines.

The expected compensation ranges from $20.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on the candidate's level, plus benefits.
