  • Design Assistance: Support in creating graphics for various digital media (presentations, image and video), ensuring alignment with project requirements
  • Brand: Creation & Communication of GCS internal & external brand identity thru all department and marketing materials
  • Trend Awareness: Keep abreast of current design trends and tools to incorporate fresh, innovative ideas into projects
  • Customer Experience: Assist Customer Experience Manager in translating Customer Journeys to marketing materials
  • This role reports to the Connected Services Marketing Manager
