Requirements

  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
  • Recent graduates will not be eligible for this program.
  • Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
  • An official transcript may be required upon request.
  • Preferred majors include: Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information.
  • Preferred coursework completed: Data Analysis, Data Interpretation.
  • Preferred experience translating data and generating meaningful insights.
  • Must be efficient in Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Superior written & verbal communication skills.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and/or in teams.
  • Consistent attendance.
  • Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than August 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with teams to understand and document experience-interactions and designs based on high-level feature requirements.
  • Supports the development of detailed product feature definitions, focusing on both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Assists in product implementation across various sites, collaborating with on-site stakeholders to capture and refine site-specific functional requirements.
  • Defines and documents product user stories to support technical design, development, and testing.
  • Contributes to establishing product roadmaps and coordinating with key partners to manage product delivery and implementation timelines.
  • Partners with Digital Product Managers to consider product dependencies and integration points during roadmap and release planning.
  • Helps evaluate guest experience strengths and pain points to identify opportunities for new or improved experience delivery capabilities.
  • Collaborates with key business partners to help establish product goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall experience transformation vision.
  • Utilizes and integrates marketing technology tools, including Adobe, Salesforce, CDPs, CRMs, and other related platforms, to optimize personalized communication strategies.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
