Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of work experience in a fast paced, detail orientated, and team environment
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Must be able to maintain a high degree of personal integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism while working with privileged and sensitive information
  • Professional demeanor, strong communication (verbal & writing), and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Jira
  • Ability to adapt and work in an ever-changing environment
  • Problem solver with a talent for approaching complex challenges with a positive outlook
  • Display a clear sense of priority and achieving quality work with short deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing complex cross-functional projects to meet organizational goals, overseeing the day-today progression of the assigned project and performing administrative tasks
  • Liaise with Project Lead and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Collaborate with Project Lead and stakeholders to anticipate and manage risks and project change
  • Ensure that all aspects of the project are organized and in conformance with timelines and deliverable requirements
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Monitor, evaluate, and propose measures to determine customer pain points/expectations and to continuously identify opportunities for improvements
  • Monitor and evaluate calls/chats/emails to ensure quality standards are met
  • Participate, as needed, in calibration sessions and internal listening sessions to provide constructive feedback for improvement
  • Provide regular feedback regarding trends or compliance issues that may arise
  • Analyze data to generate valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
