  • Intern will support the upkeep tracking of technology equipment utilized to support the operation of the front gate. Intern will assist with updating reporting regarding the status of open IT trouble tickets, progress of the project and returning equipment to the operation. Intern will track and report IT trends to aid in ensuring equipment is replaced when needed.


  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Senior or above.
  • Recent graduates will not be eligible for this program.
  • Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
  • An official transcript may be required upon request.

  • This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
  • Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2024.
  • Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
  • In addition to all of our internships being paid, you may be eligible for financial assistance towards housing if applicable. Specific details about eligibility would be provided at the time of offer.

  • Oversees day-to-day inventory of Front Gate Technology and Equipment.
  • Reports status for equipment needing repair and location of equipment.
  • Completes reports that provides status updates to Leadership.
  • Manages labeling and dispersing new equipment to its dedicated location, moving equipment, and updating reporting regarding status of equipment and its open tickets.
  • Analyzes data reporting which equipment routinely requires repairs and problem solves roadblocks occurring that cause delays in repairs.
  • Tracks and reports IT trends to aid in ensuring that equipment is replaced when needed.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
