Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience - experience in Human Resources is a plus
  • Knowledge of business processes, standards, policies and procedures is a plus
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant IT skills

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Human Capital team and working alongside the Human Capital Officer in London, responsibilities will include:
  • Providing administrative support to all UK, US and Asia HC processes and procedures;
  • Ensuring employee personal files are in order and kept up to date;
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, drafting job descriptions, screening CVs and setting up interviews;
  • Providing support with payroll;
  • Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Monitoring probation periods, annual leave and sick leave;
  • Support in conducting background checks on new employees and keeping completed checks filed;
  • Monitoring Human Capital operating costs in US and UK;
  • Supporting on other adhoc projects which the team are working on.
