  • Currently pursuing a relevant degree in Information Systems, Security Management, or similar fields of study with a gradation date between 2025 - 2026
  • Able to relocate and work on site at Tesla’s Corporate HQ in Austin, TX
  • 1 years of professional Business Process Risk and Compliance experience
  • Experience understanding and testing end to end Business flows
  • Strong knowledge around Global Risk and Compliance efforts
  • Experience leading and mitigating risk in projects throughout an organization
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in design and operation of third-party risk management process and frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments of new and existing third-party vendors to ensure compliance with our security and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the continuous monitoring of supplier cyber security risks and risk profiles
  • Partner and coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify
  • Manage and resolve risk-related issues, helping to ensure that our vendor relationships remain secure and compliant
  • Assist with the collection and review of due diligence documentation (e.g., certifications, policies) from third-party vendors to identify potential risks
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop risk mitigation plans and ensure timely remediation of any identified risks
  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation to demonstrate adherence to regulatory requirements or applicable standards
  • Analyse and report on risk management metrics and insights
  • Support the development and execution of risk management policies and procedures for vendors
  • Partner and coordinate with IT teams, application owners, management, and testing groups to enhance documentation
  • Ensures the Governance, Risk and Compliance standards are followed in implementation of TPRM strategies
  • Ensures documentation of end-to-end TPRM process and communicate accordingly with IT teams and work towards automating the process
  • Drive near-term test initiatives and communications to ensure alignment across the teams while optimizing performance of the project
