  • Are you currently an enrolled full-time student for a Bachelor / Master degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering program or a related discipline?
  • During your previous studies and experience, you have developed the following skills:

  • Good communication skills with an open-minded and proactive attitude
  • Self-organized and time management
  • Ingenious person, able to solve problems and provide solutions
  • Proficient in using MS Office / Google Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project)
  • Customer oriented and you are innovative in solving problems

Responsibilities

  • Your main activities will be as follows:
  • Ensure the processes and the governance are in place to support the delivery of Solutions to Major In-Service Problems as well as Actions to sustain the in-service fleet Operational Reliability performance at the target value;
  • Coordinate internal and external activities between the different Customer Services functions;
  • Assist the Program Support team in project management of the Major In-Service Problems including schedule management, risk and issue management, cost management and governance;
  • Support governance meetings between different stakeholders to monitor the implementation of plans;
  • Develop, manage and improve the Customer Services processes supporting the Program objectives;
  • Monitor the key performance indicators of the Customer Services department;
  • Work on problems of various complexity and work on non-standard tasks / queries.
