Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design and engineers to develop new conceptual designs as well as researching and modeling new products
  • Prepares detailed design layouts of new complex solid-state electrical products with supervisory direction.
  • Research and specify necessary system design components.
  • Maintaining drawing revision control practices and proper file structure management good practices.
  • Provides solutions to difficult problems through the application of diverse engineering techniques & practices.
  • Preferred understanding of electrical knowledge to create & maintain 1 line electrical diagrams.
  • Produce diagrams, graphics and technical descriptions for proposals.
  • Assist in building, trouble shooting, and solving electrical issues during build/test operations.
  • Integrate Model-based engineering principles and best practices in components design
  • Author procedures, guidelines, and best practices as necessary, and participate in internal and external knowledge sharing sessions.
