Responsibilities

  • Perform sector, strategic, and financial analysis of target companies.
  • Build financial models and perform scenario analysis on company business plans.
  • Write investment memos and participate in the investment committee process.
  • Contribute to structuring and executing financing, legal documentation, and negotiation.
  • Assist in monitoring portfolio companies.
  • Support Tikehau’s local team in executing national and international Leveraged Finance transactions.
  • Review and analyze potential LBO target companies, including their products, markets, and risks.
  • Develop cash flow-based models and sensitivity cases.
  • Assist the deal team in preparing credit memos for Tikehau’s credit committees to obtain deal approval.
  • Prepare marketing, pitch, and client presentations and documents.
