Responsibilities

  • Learn how to determine root cause issues potentially affecting 1000's of cars worldwide by analyzing logs, repair data and returned failed parts
  • Join us in driving product improvement projects by collaborating with the development and quality teams
  • Test development software or mechanical changes on our engineering cars
  • Support escalations from field technical teams to help them fix specific and difficult to diagnose issues
  • Assist with documentation in our diagnostic knowledge base by updating service manual repairs or service bulletins with new procedures
  • Learn how to develop service tools such as 'on board diagnostic networks' to allow service to run required service routines and repair the car in an efficient way
  • Occasional required travel within the field for hands on testing and data collection
