  • Capitalize on a dedicated training and development program that will support your scientific and professional career aspirations and take pride in delivering scientific work that helps save the lives of millions of people around the world
  • Work half of your time on your own project like:
  • Re-structuring and improving of a database
  • Developing a universal tracking tool for oversight of a specific metric
  • Develop an oversight and training presentation about scientific topic which is in relation to our current study projects
  • The other half of your work time you will be able to work on real studies as an In-house CRA or Start-up Associate
  • Attend training sessions to learn Monitoring and/or Start-up Skills
  • Familiarize yourself with the In-house CRA, CRA, and Start-Up routines; get to know also other interesting departments, like Business Development, Flexible Solutions or Biometrics
  • Engage in professional development workshops to enhance your business acumen and professional presence
