Responsibilities

  • Work with Supply Chain Personnel to expedite deliverables (paperwork, product, proposals, invoices, SDRLs, PO acknowledgements etc..) from Supply Base.
  • Coordinate with Suppliers, IT and Quality Department to onboard suppliers into new quality portal.
  • Assist with updating current Supply Chain procedures to prepare for the US Government audit/approval
  • Work with various supply chain metrics and compile data
  • Assist Supply Chain Department in preparing for transition into new ERP system. This will include Supply Chain/Procurement data clean up activities such as working with Vendor Master File, closing out of old Purchase Order and Purchase Order Line items and assistance setting up forms and attachments for electronic completion, routing and ease of storage in the new ERP system.

Our munitions portfolio covers the full breadth of naval, air and ground forces applications across all calibers and weapons platforms.
