What will I do as an intern in the Pensions Actuarial team?
As an intern, you will assess risks and predict outcomes using financial and statistical theories, advise Companies and Trustees on pension liabilities and funding schemes, and help develop and implement pension strategies.

What are the eligibility requirements for the internship?
You must be in your penultimate year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or in your final year with a confirmed one-year postgraduate place, and on track to pass an undergraduate degree in any subject.

No specific degree is required, but a maths-based degree is recommended by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) for aspiring actuaries.
