What are the program dates for the internship?
The Summer 2025 program runs approximately from June 2025 to August 2025.
What are the main responsibilities of this internship?
Interns will assist the Art Direction team in creating 2D sketches, storyboards, POV color illustrations, and other assets, as well as attending project-related meetings to understand project parameters.
What education level is required to apply for this internship?
Applicants must be pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree at an accredited institution and have a current class standing of sophomore or above.
Is there a GPA requirement for applicants?
Yes, a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 is required.
What skills are preferable for success in this role?
Required skills include drawing and 2D illustration, color illustration, proficiency with Photoshop, and understanding of 3D modeling. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important.
Will housing be provided for interns?
No, Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
Is this internship paid?
