Requirements

  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
  • Recent graduates will not be eligible for this program.
  • Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
  • An official transcript may be required upon request.
  • Preferred majors include: Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, Project Management, Communications.
  • Preferred completed coursework: Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communications.
  • Proficiency with Presentation software (Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint) preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management software (Asana, ClickUp, Smartsheet, Monday.com) preferred.
  • Previous experience in administrative support or project coordination is preferred.
  • Must be efficient in Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to: Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Superior written & verbal communication skills.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and/or in teams.
  • Consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with project coordination, including managing project dashboards and schedules.
  • Handles file management and ensures all necessary assets are available for projects.
  • Supports the creation and distribution of internal and external presentations and promotional materials.
  • Coordinates meetings, manage presentation schedules, and oversee the distribution of marketing and presentation materials.
  • Updates and creates report documents as required.
  • Requests and gathers information and files from internal and external partners and business units.
  • Provides general administrative support to department leaders and assists with various deliverables.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
