The candidate must be enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate university with an intended graduation date between Fall 2024 and Spring 2026. Prior internship experience in financial services is recommended. They should possess strong ethics, accountability, and analytical skills, along with the ability to work independently and handle projects with minimal oversight. Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset are also important.

The Investor Relations Summer Intern at The Carlyle Group will collaborate with global IR teams to support fundraising efforts, prepare fund materials, update CRM systems, conduct market research, coordinate conferences, and assist with client meetings and presentations.
