Responsibilities

  • The intern would work closely with the manager and Senior Manager, CPB Issues Oversight to support the following:
  • On a monthly basis, perform cleanse of data used for reporting; conducting validation of information.
  • Finalize raw data files (excel) used for monthly reporting.
  • Produce monthly reporting including graphs and detailed appendices.
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiency around monthly reporting.
  • Support with the onboarding of new enterprise issues management database.
  • Provide ongoing support of other administrative functions or other activities as needed.
  • Lead/participate in initiatives to enhance businesses processes (process improvement, gap identification and mitigation).
