Requirements

  • Meet educational requirements (see education section)
  • Develop executive deliverables, data-driven storytelling, data visualization, MS Office (PPT, Excel), critical thinking, strategic planning
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
  • Experience leading a school or work-related project
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience analyzing data
  • Problem solving skills
  • Project management skills
  • An interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation
  • Healthcare industry understanding, Healthcare Payer, Technology.
  • Education:
  • Currently pursuing a Graduate or MBA degree (Master of Info Systems, MBA w/ Technology focus/cognate)
  • Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2024 and August 2025
  • Have a major, minor or concentration relevant to the position such as related majors: Business (Administration and/or Project Management)

Responsibilities

  • Aetna IT Strategy & Ops - team is direct to Aetna CIO owning and delivering on strategic & operational imperatives. Partners with technology and business leaders across Aetna IT, Aetna Business, and CVSH Enterprise to execute. Often times this group functions like an internal consulting team.
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
