  • Serve as a contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, via email, and through the Service Desk ticketing system.

  • Update knowledge base articles and FAQs to improve self-service and reduce recurring issues.
  • Follow best practices and departmental and team customer service for problem resolution and tracking. Communicate status to customers in a timely manner. Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team member.
  • Assist in system management using tools such as Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, and other agency tools.
