- Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Information Technology(IT) or Computer Science(CS), or similar, from an accredited college or university
- Sophomore, Junior, Senior, of master’s level student in good academic standing
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards a goal
- Excellent organization and personal time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess effective problem solving and critical thinking skills; ability to be creative and resourceful when needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills. Able to use Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in or aptitude to learn about careers in the heavy equipment industry
- Desire to develop applications using state of the art integration platforms
- Able to develop strong working relationships with team members and the user community.
- Ability to connect with business users and actively teach new technologies.
