Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Information Technology(IT) or Computer Science(CS), or similar, from an accredited college or university
  • Sophomore, Junior, Senior, of master’s level student in good academic standing
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards a goal
  • Excellent organization and personal time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess effective problem solving and critical thinking skills; ability to be creative and resourceful when needed
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. Able to use Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Interest in or aptitude to learn about careers in the heavy equipment industry
  • Desire to develop applications using state of the art integration platforms
  • Able to develop strong working relationships with team members and the user community.
  • Ability to connect with business users and actively teach new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Build out interfaces and work on enhancements in a variety of development tools such as, Azure API Management, Azure Logic Apps, IBM Sterling Integrator, VB.net, C#, SQL.
  • Perform solution evaluation, building, testing and documentation
  • Works directly with clients to perform business analysis and day-to-day support
  • Adopt agile approaches focused on delivering business value in shorter increments
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions to define functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Stay engaged with digital innovation communities, keep up to date with relevant trends & developments, and attend relevant conferences as needed
  • Evaluate new technologies as they become available and determine how Komatsu can utilize these as a strategic advantage for our customers.
