Requirements

Enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university or pursuing a technology related degree.

Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies
Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Available to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

System Support Responsibilities
Responsible for setting up and tearing down of user workstations.
Assists with the disposal processes.
Assists in imaging of pc’s, testing and validation.
Documents problem analysis, communication and resolution in the help desk tracking system.
Performs add, move, and change assistance for office moves, new hires, and employee terminations.
Assists in maintaining technology inventory according to defined processes.
Records problem resolutions thoroughly and accurately in the problem reporting system.
Other Administrative Responsibilities
Responsible for communicating operational status and assists in providing operational reporting.
Communicates with other team members and customers.
Manages individual time and expense reporting in accordance with CLA standards.
