  • As an Intern, you will support customers directly as a Level 1 Analysts with prompt and courteous technical assistance.  Interns will perform as a team member with the Technical Services Team and provide consistent and quality customer service.

  • System Support Responsibilities
  • Responsible for setting up and tearing down of user workstations.
  • Assists with the disposal processes.
  • Assists in imaging of pc’s, testing and validation.
  • Documents problem analysis, communication and resolution in the help desk tracking system.
  • Performs add, move, and change assistance for office moves, new hires, and employee terminations.
  • Assists in maintaining technology inventory according to defined processes.
  • Records problem resolutions thoroughly and accurately in the problem reporting system.
  • Other Administrative Responsibilities
  • Responsible for communicating operational status and assists in providing operational reporting.
  • Communicates with other team members and customers.
  • Manages individual time and expense reporting in accordance with CLA standards.
