Responsibilities

  • Serve as a contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, via email, or through the ticketing system.
  • Follow best practices and departmental and team customer service protocol for problem resolution and tracking.
  • Communicate status to customers promptly.
  • Forward customer feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team member.
  • Assist in system management using MaaS360, PowerShell, vehicle software, and other agency tools.
  • Support the IT team in implementing and maintaining hardware, software, and other in-vehicle systems.
  • Occasionally travel to remote location(s) and work outside for short periods of time when addressing or troubleshooting IT infrastructure, systems, and software.
  • Assist in the organization of IT resources.
  • Perform special projects as determined by the IT team.
  • Assist in updating user and technical documentation.
