You will provide hardware and software technical support for employees at the Central Head Office (CHO) and Local Head Offices (LHO).
What qualifications or knowledge should I have for this internship?
It would be nice to have basic knowledge of (Azure) Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and ITIL Asset Management, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms and Apple products.
