Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to generate insights for internal audiences.
  • Manage Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Report Execution and Distribution, highlighting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics, FullStory, and Target
  • Provide analytics insight and expertise covering a variety of digital channels including web, mobile apps and internal tools.
  • Have a strong diagnostic and forensic mindset with experience in identifying and working with cross functional teams to remedy analytics tracking and implementation issues.
  • Partner with internal customers to define experimentation requirements, scope, perform any exploratory analyses needed to gain deeper understanding of current state and educate cross functional teams where needed
  • Translate data analytics outcomes into clear visualizations understandable to laymen.
  • Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of teams and work closely with them to identify opportunities to improve on platform.
  • Make business recommendations (e.g. cost-benefit, forecasting, experiment analysis) based on analysis.
