Responsibilities

  • Prepare documentation and provide support for internal and external audits, exams, reviews, etc.
  • Assist with the creation, implementation and annual review of directives, policies, procedures and work instructions.
  • Support the business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives by assisting with plan documentation and testing.
  • Work with IT Project Managers, business departments and vendors to ensure completion of project deliverables and documentation.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Work closely with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Accounting to ensure that PRs, POs and any other required documents necessary to do business are completed and approved per company directives.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT and outside vendors in performance of primary responsibilities.
