Responsibilities

  • Prepare documentation and provide support for internal and external audits, exams, reviews, etc. Assist with the creation, implementation and annual review of directives, policies, procedures and work instructions. Work with IT Project Managers, business departments and vendors to ensure completion of project deliverables and documentation. Support the business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives by assisting with plan documentation and testing. Assist with process improvement initiatives within the department. Work closely with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Accounting to ensure that PRs, POs and any other required documents necessary to do business are completed and approved per company directives. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT and outside vendors in performance of primary responsibilities.
