Requirements

  • Student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 
  • Experience in Service Management using ITSM tools such as Remedy and IT related functions such as Cloud and Application development, Security, Infrastructure software development or support. 
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting utilizing Business Intelligence software and vendor software is a plus. 
  • Experience with SQL Queries a plus
  • Key Competencies: 
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. 
  • Able to conduct research into issues and products as required. 
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. 
  • Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language. 
  • Highly self-motivated and directed. 
  • Strong customer service orientation. 
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Service Management & support of ITIL V4 processes
  • Project/Program Management support
  • Prepare for and participate in formal project reviews with SONY Teams.  Ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness of project deliverables.  Prepare and participate in weekly and monthly review meetings, Project reviews of key/high risk projects and post implementation reviews. 
  • Review and monitor performance, Service Level Agreements, recommend corrective actions and facilitate the development of improvement plans. 
  • Conduct exploratory activities to determine how to raise performance levels and recommend changes in Service Level Requirements where appropriate to ensure that they properly reflect business needs, while balancing costs. 
  • Collaborate with ADM (Application Development and Maintenance), BRM (Business Relationship Management), Infrastructure Services teams to ensure Development and Maintenance services are delivered up to expectations. 
  • Prepare and participate in weekly and monthly project review meetings, and post implementation reviews. 
  • Participate in activities related to Change Management, Major Incident Response and other key processes
  • Work with multiple vendors and regional teams in support of Sony operations
