Responsibilities

Immerse yourself in various aspects of IT and helpdesk services – learn by doing!
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; enhance your communication skills in a professional setting.
Play a role in system management, maintenance, and the occasional IT wizardry.
Get hands-on with PC hardware and software installations.
Unravel mysteries in network, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
Participate in server maintenance and upgrades.
Help craft and refine user and technical documentation.
Innovate and contribute to our intranet – make your mark!
